But I think I caught a glimpse of a reference to this issue with them on the nappturality board. I don't use their products, but I do recall some of the girls swinging around heads of hair that had been straightened within an inch of its life. Not nap friendly at all. But THAT'S to be expected in mainstream society. This just stinks. I’ve been out of the game for awhile. I use to use their products too (mainly makeup) and I refuse to use them again. The bs letter they sent you seems fake, a template that they have for all letters like yours, and your message will never be read in the company. But do not let that discourage you, keep trying.
